The HP website does not state the compatible browsers for QC 10. https://h10078.www1.hp.com/cda/hpms/disp...9679_4000_100__
It has all the details but the browser. So frustrating.
It seems you must use IE - but has anyone got QC (not QTP) working with Firefox. I am using Firefox 3.0.18 at the moment.
I'm using Firefox 3.5.6. The ActiveX plug-in that I previously used (see this topic) does not work anymore.
But you can use the IE tab plug-in. This one allows you to use the IE rendering engine in a Firefox tab and it seems to work.
italia1980, the problem is that QC is very heavy w/ ActiveX.
Christian, thanks for the heads-up on the plug-in workaround! ;-)
Thanks all - I managed to get it working (at least login to QC in Firefox 3.0.16). The plug-in was from the below web site. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1419
(sorry for my english : i'm french)
in the past a was using QC9.00 with FireFox 3.0 and the plugin IETAB, it was funny
but since i upgrade firefox to 3.6 , it not work for QC
the only result is a small red-cross
and i don't know why
as any one have a solution ?
Is there a QC Explorer browser that comes with QC 10?
... just another Tester ...
