QC v10 64-bit & IIS 6.0 Configuration
Two questions. First, we just built a new Intel based 64-Bit Windows 2003 Server (recommended configuration) for our Quality Center 10 installation. I downloaded the Quality Center 10 installer package from http://www.hp.com/go/softwaresupport and when I unzipped the contents, all of the files were under a folder titled "Win32". Is there a separate installer package for 64-Bit installations, or is QC v10 only a 32-Bit application?
Second, I found a technical document on the support site, "How to configure IIS server to work with Quality Center on a Windows 64bit machine" (http://support.openview.hp.com/selfs...ument/KM524615). The document was last updated November 2008. As we will be using IIS 6.0 for our web server, I wanted to verify that I will still need to complete the steps outlined in the document seeing as how it was published prior to the release of Quality Center v10. In short, will I need to manually configure IIS 6.0 to work with Quality Center v10 on a 64-Bit Windows 2003 Server?
Re: QC v10 64-bit & IIS 6.0 Configuration
You will haver to follow HP's instructions to run QC over IIS6 on a 64bit server.
