Is there a way to implement hisotry on emails sent via QC. We had this functionality with Vantive and people really miss the functionality.
I don't believe QC logs this information anywhere (except maybe in the logs if you have them on flow or debug).

There is no specific log in QC for outgoing mails. You'd have to check with the administrator(s) of your mail server.
The QC log files will record outgoing mails but these data are going to be buried in a loooot of other debug/flow messages.
