QC10 migration - disk space for version control

I am looking to see which requirements I need to migrate from QC9.0 to QC10.0. The problem is that I do not see any data concerning the enabling of the version control.

Can someone tell me what the impact is on the disk space/oracle space if I enable version control ?

Re: QC10 migration - disk space for version control

There's an interesting document on the HP Support site called "Quality Center 10 - Versioning and Baselines - Capacity Guidelines". Maybe that can help.

Re: QC10 migration - disk space for version contro

Are you trying to know how to enable the versioning in QC?
there is an option in administration to enable the version control system..

Obviously if you enable the version control system , qc has to maintain multiple copies and its going to occupy more space..

    Thanks,
    Ashok

Re: QC10 migration - disk space for version contro

We will enable the version control to be compliant for CMMI, but I am trying to make an estimation on the capacity.
I found the document mentioned by mlasprzak and it helps a lot.
    I will add the reference

    Thanks to you all.
