Does anyone know how to select a test plan folder and to filter the contents to show only those tests which are not linked to a requirement?
2.1 .Net will be used but isn't the main focus.
2.2 .NET 3.5 and 4.0
5. Not currently installed
6. Not currently installed
7. 250 users, perm
9. XP sp 2 on the clients. Red Hat 9 EL on the servers.
Sorry, no I don't. But I think this is the wrong way around anyway.
Normaly you write your requirements and you create test cases based on the requirements. You can see your test coverage in the requirements tab.
Otherwise (because I can't find a filter, too) you have to click on each test case to check the Req coverage.
In the Test Plan module TREE VIEW there is a filter button.
Click this button. (or select Filter/Sort from the View menu).
Set up the following filter:
CROSS FILTER BY: Requirements
Click the elipse button (...) and the Cross Filter: Requirements box will be presented.
There are to radio buttons at the top of this box.
Select "Filter tests with no requirement coverage"
click OK again
Your Test Plan Tree view will now be filtered and show only tests without REQ coverage.
The filter will also be displayed underneath the toolbar.
