Error \"Failed to Get Req Value\" is displayed.
When we open a standard reports in the Requirements module, it throws an error "Failed to Get Req Value".
We dont know why this error is displayed at every time we access the standard reports listed in the Requirements module.
If we uncheck the 'Keep Parent-Child order' option in the configure reports section, the report is generated without any error popup.
Please kindly let us know the solution for this issue.

The reason you are receiving this message is your Parent/Child relationships (numeration) are not insync.
Access the Requirements Module, Click View/Numeration review the numbers you will see that there might be Negative number and/or Numbers out of order.
If the requirements must stay in the order you have them need to manual update the view order within the database. (This is not recommended and might cause other issues)
If the requirements don't have to stay in that order HP has a tool to fix the number numeration issue. I don't remember the name of the Fix Tool, but if you go to the HP website you can find it to download. Or send a HP Inquiry asking for the tool
