We have a outsource project A. There are few QAs work on it from other company. We want to create accounts for them, so they can log defects into our QC. However, we don't want to them to access our other projects in QC but can access project A only. Could you please help? Since I am not very familar with QC, please the more detail the better.
Each project has an independant user list with abilities configured per group within that project. You need to log into the specific project as a project admin, go to Customize and add the user to the user list within the project and attribute them with a group.
As previously stated this is fairly basic stuff covered in the SiteAdmin helpfile which you can download from the QC help area in your application.
