Getting Error everytime all users log into QC
Has anyone ever seen this issue. Our QC went down for some reason the other day and when I restarted it all users get a message when logging into QC. The message is complaining about some files in their /Temp/TD_80/cc4b2bz6/testcyd_reports.xml - No predefined systems report were loaded to Analysis menu. In some cases its more than this file in the same directory. I have tried copying these files from other folders but this file seems to get deleted when I log in.
Any help woul be appreciated.
