We have a QC user who cannot get logged in to QC 9.2. She is receiving a generic "Failed to Login" error message at the logon screen. We have confirmed that this user can log into our QC 9.0 environment with no issue. We have also confirmed that another user can log in to QC 9.2 using the first persons machine. I have tried reimporting her ID into QC 9.2 and removing and adding her ID back to the project in question with no luck. I am just wondering if anyone else has seen anything like this (the HP support site does not bring up anything when I put the error message in). Thanks for your help.
