QC9 post install issue
After my install the QC icon in the system tray when right clicked has the start & stop options grayed out. Should I also be seeing a QC service that is running? Thanks.

Which version of QC are you using? Is it QC 9.0 or QC 9.2. For QC 9.0 you can refer to the HP KBs in the support site. There is one article on this. Earch with system tray icon not visible. For QC 9.2 this was a bug which is now fixed in some patch. So you can again refer to the support site KBs for more information.
YOu can anyhow check whether QC services are running or not. If they are then you will probably be able to access QC without he tray icon being visisble.
