Unable to log defects in QC
I am unable to log defects in QC - Its giving a server timeout problem. Any ideas why it is happening?
Please see attached snapshots for the type of the problem.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Sounds more like this is a problem with the file attachment on the defect. Click the 'Details' button to get more information about the problem. Check the QC server logs to see any errors that are output that might point you to an answer. Once you have that information, you may want to update this post and/or submit a case to HP support.
