Notifying project users of requirement changes
Is it possible in QC 9.2 to automatically notify a project user (preferebly by email notification) if any new requirements have been added to the Requirements module, or if any of the exisiting requirements have been modified?
I'm aware that an email notification can be sent to the author of a requirement, if the requirement is modified etc, via the AlertRules feature but is it possible if they're not the author?

You can do it via the workflow engine.
There are least 2 post (maybe more) that explain how to do it on the defects module in the forum, try looking it up then implement something similar but with the requirement's module event.
