We have recently started to experience data going missing whilst people are working on the test in the Test Plan.

Today's loss occurred when my colleague was working on a test in the test plan. He had linked requirements to the test after writing in the description field on the Details tab.

He then switched from QC to an excel spreadsheet to reference something. When he went back to QC, the information from the description field had been lost.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Can offer any advice as this has happened 3times in the last week.
