I was curious, has anybody had experience working in Testing or in QA in multiple countries?
How is the thinking different, what are the attitudes, what are the approaches etc?
Say if you worked in England and other parts of Europe, or in the US, what were the differences you noticed?
Re: Testing in different countries. - Experiences?
Tony, I do have some experience, but before I share, could you tell why do you need that? Any academic work?
You see - it differs a lot if you want to talk about either of:
1) Tester's nationality as a factor
2) Where the company doing testing is located
3) Where the customer is located (including regulatory issues)
4) Are you interested in multi-location cases, such as:
4a) Testers and developers from different location
4b) Testers and upper management from different locations (typical for outsourcing cases)
4c) Test team itself spread between locations
