Just saw this article this morning...another good reason for testing in ALL scenarios and environments!
"Questions are being raised on Thursday if there was enough testing done on these buses in West Coast conditions before they were purchased."
The important thing is not to stop questioning.
Reminds me to this (very sad) story:
The logic that was required looked so beautiful. I am quite sure that it was sufficiently tested that the software would act according to the *documented* requirements (In both cases - the Airbus disaster as well as the trolley-bus-embarrassment).
