I have used it and it IS amazing. We gave them code with a bug in it that took dev 2 weeks to track down. They found it in 15 minutes. The Flight Recorders are great for low-footprint deployment to user PC's. When there is an issue, you can pull back the "black box" and see exactly what went wrong and where. Their stuff does more than this but that is the gist.
I talked to some folks who have used it and they were overall satisfied. They said they only let a few people touch it though as it can bring a system to a crawl/crash if you don't know what you're doing. The "people" went through extensive training on it and then still took a few weeks of working with it to get proficient.
Betsy, I'm really interested in how it goes so if you can, please post a follow-up when the QA folks get to it. I know it will probably be a while, if ever, but if so....
PS I connected to a person in the UK that learned how to use it and is making over $300/hr as a consultant using it at other companies. (at the current 1x2 euro/dollar exchange rate)
