Irfan_Pasha - as others have said, there are ways to ask questions which will get you answers. There are many others which will NOT get you answers.
One of the things that stood out for me was the title of your post. It was in no way indicitive of the topic of your post, which, if you read the forum guidelines, is not a good thing.
I would suggest a trip through the forum guidelines. After that, you might try reposting your question, and put a little context around your question, so that we can tell if you are talking about manual testing or testing manuals.
