After searching through the forums, I was not able to find a resource that might answer this.
I'd like to know what the proper translation is from English to French for QA terms.
For example - test plan = plan de test
Things become more complicated when we start to talk about sanity testing and smoke testing. A completely francophone audience might think I'm going to send them to a shrink or look at smoke detectors. I'm sure there's a lexicon out there.
Can anyone help?

I'd like to avoid the glossary as the english word will have almost no significance to the reader. In addition, periodic inspections by the Office de la langue française have already made me ditch my English keyboard so writing in English will obviously make my life more difficult with these folks.
However, this wikipedia article is a brilliant resource for me and I thank you for this. I should have thought of it myself but sometimes the obvious is so elusive.
Big thank you Francois.
I am a Analyste assurance qualité and can help also with any testing terms, as I have to use French templates as templates for my english documents as well. So any terminology that you can't find online, just let me know.
The important thing is not to stop questioning.
