Is there any way to import data from excel sheet to XMLSPY?
Suppose there is a tag in XML like <Coverage>100<Coveragecd/>
Instead of entering the value 100, i want the XML to use the value from an excel sheet from a corresponding row.
Is the connecivity possible? Please help

I've never used Excel's XML Mappings, so I'm not sure what it does. So you should explore that way first.
However, there are many ways to approach this if that doesn't work. You can write a parser and xml generator to pull values from Excel and populate your XML file.
To do this, you can interact with Excel through its object model via COM or .NET. You can parse the values you are looking for and replace them in an xml template file.
Once you have your newly generated XML file, you can open it in XMLSpy or whatever tool you like.
There are other ways to do it as well, like saving your .xls as a csv and then writing a regular text parser to substitute values.
Or, if you're Perl-savvy (or know someone who is), there are modules that can be used to go back and forth between XML and Excel.
