I am the QA Manager in my organization and admittedly I'm new to this gig. My background is Business Analyst and QA Analyst, team lead and all that good stuff so I'm not totally out of place.
My CIO has tasked me with coming up with KPI's for the IT - QA Department and honestly I'm drawing a blank.
Do you have any good websites (and yes, I'll search this one) that give good pointers on establishing KPI's for IT - QA organiazations? Do you have KPI's in your organization and if so will you share them?
