New to the QA world - How do I get started?
I have been unofficially testing web based CRM products for years (2 dot.bombs and my current company). I catch bugs all the time, am very detailed and communicate well...how do I convince a company to give me a chance at QA even though I don't have any "official" experience?
Re: New to the QA world - How do I get started?
Please provide more details about your situation. Are you trying to "convince" your current company??
IMO and in the context of your question...
"Convincing" means trying to prove something with words. I would tend to believe that is not enough and submit to a default concept - "Can you walk the talk?"
Other than that and without additional detail, one would think you would apply for an open position and interview normally.
