Can anyone Please tell me what are the outputs in the each level of SDLC?
The list of outputs is quite lengthy. It might be best if you search for a specific methodology and study it for the phase inputs/outputs.
2) Spiral (father of RUP),
3) Cascade/Waterfall (misunderstood and misnomer for the father of the Spiral)
6) Method-1 (Hybrid of any/all of the above)
You could also simply research the Quality Methodologies forum just below!
Go over to Microsoft's site and search on "MSF" (Microsoft Solutions Framework). The MSF site is very good and will give you the information that will help.
Each methodology (UDP, RUP, MSF, XP, SCRUM, etc.) have inputs / outputs, and it is good to know them so that your knowledgeable and prepared. But realize that unless all people on a project "buy in" to using the methodology and following it that no matter what methodology you use you will have problems. Even when you buy in on a methodology you will have problems, but they are more manageable versus giving a methodology lip service and suffering the repercussions of problems that could have been mitigated and/or managed more tightly.
