First, honest, I did do a search (for "Evaluation Forum"). This can't be a new question but I'm asking anyway. So many posts in so many individual forums boil down to "whats the best tool for abc?".
The more experienced oracles here have an unlimited amount of patience (and rapid-fire cut&paste abilities) and continually educate the questioners on the importance of things like context, and requirements tailored to environment, and viewing the particular issue holistically (systemically) rather than in a silo fashion.
I have no idea how people who post these would actually be able to be guided to this single forum rather than populate many as they do today (guess electric shock is out of the question ).
I do wonder tho, if it might not be possible overtime to collect some knowledge of what recent evaluators have used as requirements. Reviewing those of others is a legitimate way to determine some of your own, and more importantly, some requirements your organization does not have.
