Who are the main players on the QA/QC market that help to organize process (provide software) according to CMM?

I've not heard about non-profit. So probably both.
Perhaps you could be more specific. At this level of detail, there could be many. Perhaps if you listed the criteria for selection of an external org, that would help respondents zoom in on a select few candidates.
I mean what companies could help to Improve process according to CMM? and probably provide special soft for that?

I don't know. I've browsed the SEI website and there are lots of reports, I just don't see anything specific to your needs.
