Hi FamzZz, I'm just curious - with no IT or QA background, what is leading you to QA? I've seen business users get into the QA field because they were experts in the application... I don't mean this as a facetious question - I'm looking for something you can build on.
One thing that I would recommend is that you read, study, learn, research... get comfortable with the concepts and the resources. This forum has an almost overwhelming amount of information, but it is logically organized. Start with the "Newbie/Fresher/Getting Started" thread. When someone presents a link to "more information about...", follow it.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica">One way would be to apply for an entry-level position, where the job description says "no experience necessary".
There aren't very many out there, but they do exist.
Another way is to use whatever domain skills you might have as a positive. For example, if you've worked at a supermarket your whole career, perhaps their IT department needs an untrained QAer.
Another way is to go to school and get a related degree.
