can any one u could tell job requirements for entry level qa tester
Well, at the most basic level you need to have a reasonable amount of computer user skills and be comfortable running many different applications, as well as dilligence to follow step-by-step test scripts. From there you will learn to become less dependent on scripts and more able to identify if a particular test case requires more alternative tests. Eventually you will learn to write scripts and test cases based on requirements. When you do become experienced you can entertain exploratory testing, and/or you can pursue test automation.
I suggest you take some time to study the posts on this forum and to see the kind of questions we have answered in the past (and not answered if we think they are exam questions, but that is due to a no-cheating policy). Like any other career, you need to go into it with your eyes open. Testing is not an automatic ticket to other IT positions, whereas it can be a career benefit for a tester to have some programming experience and/or system analyst experience. If you want to start at the bottom rung of the ladder and learn while you earn a living, then there are many opportunities ahead of you.

I know there are entry level positions for tester positions and entry level positions for QA positions and those can differ. Descriptions can also differ if the entry level position is for a "test analyst" or a "test engineer", specifically.

Beyond that, what are considered entry level requirements can vary from company to company. For strict entry level positions, I personally always look for good communication skills. Those are a must because you will be conveying information (as all testers do) and you will (presumably) be submitting bug reports. That means the person should be able to speak and write in a clear fashion. You may also be writing test cases and, again, that requires good communication skills (both verbal and written).
The best thing I think we can tell you is to check out some job sites and see the various positions that are listed as "entry level" as that is the best way to find out what companies are actually seeking.
