I am not sure, many companies use different level definitions. Basically the scale is like:
0 - What is testing?
1 - Oh, is that what testing is..
2 - Hey, testing is not that bad...
3 - Testing is a lot of repetition, isn't it..
4 - Oh, you can actually plan your test scripts?
5 - Hah, testing is a snap.
6 - Geez, I did not know you used requirements...
7 - How can I test all possible combinations?
8 - Optimizing your testing is really powerful.
9 - Is there a way to get around the repetition?
A - What is test automation about?
B - I really like test automation, that's it.
C - You're right, there are limits to automation.
D - I never thought I'd be programming as well.
E - Last minute change? No sweat, we can do it!
F - Don't these forum questions drive you nuts?
