I would probably do most of that in a manual fashion to some extent but if you want more extensive unit testing, check out Panorama C/C++. (They also have a Java version.) This runs on HP-UX and Solaris. You might also check out cUnit. That latter is Windows-based but you can easily port the framework to HP-UX. Or you can check out CUT. You can also look at CuTest. Those latter are generally open source solutions but you may have a little work in terms of getting things the way you want: or you many not. Check them out. A search on the Web will probably also turn up numerous others that you may find more or less helpful depending upon exactly what you need the tool to do "out of the box", so to speak.
