We are faced with a client that wants us to prove that the QA tester actually performed the test. We have very limited time and people resources, so we do not want to use more people, more time, or paper trails (very time consuming). It was suggested we use a screen & keystroke capturing tool. No particular package was suggested. On the internet, I found http://www.internet-monitoring-software.org/ which discusses several. But I was wondering if anyone out there used any such tool for a QA solution. We want to be able to record a testing session, label it, store it, catalog it, report on the catalog, and replay individual scripts. We want to log screens & keystrokes for an internet application, as well as a Microsoft Access database (intermingled) in the same test plan. Any help would be appreciated!!!!!!!

There's a tool discussed there that does screen capture.
