Examples of Quality Standard Criteria?
Our project manager is asking QA to come up with some "quality standard criteria" for a workflow management application we're testing. Some of the examples she's given are: No loss of data, No corruption of data, Number of system crashes < X per week.
What are some other typical sets of "quality standard criteria" for an application like this? The user interfaces with the app through an IE 5 browser, Oracle db, weblogic.

This next link - you'll have to highlight the whole string and put it in your browser addr text field since it doesn't appear that that the whole string was flagged as a url link.
