Will anybody answers these questions
1.What are the properties of a good requirement?
2.Ho to do test if we have minimal or no documentation about the product?
3.What are all the basic elements in a defect report?
4.Is a "A fast database retrieval rate" a testable requirement?
Re: Testing Interview
See the thread you posted on Test Automation where I basically said it would do you no good (even though you might disagree) if we just gave you answers. People ask these questions in interviews for a reason: to see if you understand how to answer them.
If we simply give you answers, then you will probably parrot those back but you will lack the understanding. That will possibly put you in a position where you are in over-your-head and where your company is not getting the best candidate. This is not speaking personally to you, but rather just to a general situation.
With that being said, however, myself (and others I am sure) would be happy to help you come to your own answers to these questions by helping you learn how to think about the questions and how to formulate answers that you truly understand, as opposed to just memorize after being told them.
