Reason for this pbm?
Recently I got this pbm..after submit to reply the post.
<u>Sorry! We have flood-control activated. You cannot post within 10 seconds of your
last post. Please try again after this period of time elapses. </u>
I don't reply again..What is the problem..

Usually flood control in UBB boards is a way to keep out people who sent "flood messages" all over the board - meaning rapid-fire, multiple messages. What it does is make it so that the same login cannot post within a certain time frame after a previous post. It is a way to protect the board against malicious attacks.
In this case, the flood interval is ten seconds. So when it says: "You cannot post within 10 seconds of your last post" that is, literally, what it means. It means you tried to post two messages within ten seconds and that set off the "flood" message.
