Please give me ur opinion about this peculiar thing happening only in the U.S.
We tested a website and found the mouse over displayed on moving over the subtitles working fine. This was ok across all browsers,os,and different connection speeds.
But in U.S. the clients are seeing the mouse over getting distorted and the selected link repeated again near the mouse over.
Any idea why this happens. We tried to replicate thais here ,but couldn't.
How can we testers aware of these localized phenomenon.PLeas give your valuable feedback which will be of great help to me.
thanks in advance.

We did experience this (don't know that I would chalk it up to a local phenomenon though). It was because Windows can only function well with 1 IE version on a machine and an uninstall of a previous version didn't go well, leaving bits behind. After wiping the machine (major pain!) and putting the clean IE on, the distortion went away.
