Time Management System - Recommendations
I will be implementing a 'Time Management System' i.e. a system that will allow us 'the QA teams' to monitor what exactly we work on rather than what we have scheduled to work on. You know the story, at the end of the week 'trying' to remember what to put on your timesheet (I find it hard enough to remember what I did yesterday let alone last week... ;o))
I am looking for a software package that is non-intrusive but that users can switch easily between projects (throughout the day)that they are working on.
I have seen a software package called 'Above and Beyond' by 1soft but I was wondering if anyone else has used or reviewed any of these type of packages.

we actually use something called "clicktime" http://www.clicktime.com
We use this throughout our engineering team (not just QA). I am not sure on the cost though.
