Has anyone automated testing Google Ads / Double click for Publishers (DFP) / GPT?
I am looking for automation tips to automate testing of Page Ads and Video prerolls using DFP. Has anyone automated testing Google Ads / Double click for Publishers?
I would recommend stubbing it out. Technically illegal. It goes against their terms of service and counts as "false impressions", and can be tried as fraud.

Read your Google license agreement. You are not allowed to use automated tools on their pages/sites outside of their published API set. Mechanically, this would be very simple with an image match to a known ad and then a click on object to actuate. But, your tool has to be able to use a baseline image and size information as attributes for identification.
So, mechanically, yes, do-able. License-wise, unless you have a letter from Google giving you variance, Nope.
