I don't have any testing tools handy. Some clients make it difficult to even download selenium. If I run into this situation and have to test SQL with branching could I use plain .vbs?
Can I use vbs to launch a Stored Procedure in TOAD or some other client?
Can I then connect to the database (assuming I have privs and pws)?
Can I call SQL, put the answers in return sets?
Get individual cells of data...Then analyze it and decide what other branches of SQL to test?
Is there anything better than vbs that is common to Windows that can do this better? Perhaps .bat files, PowerShell?
When in Florida, Don't Tampa with the code. I made this up.
