I am currently working in QA for a company developing a sandbox MMO game. I mainly do functional testing, which I presume would be classed as black box testing in this case. Even though I have been working in game QA for many years, I am currently interested in expanding the current QA process, as functional testing is all I have ever done. My question is this, are there any good resources that cover most (or all) the testing processes for computer and video games QA?

In terms of books, are they any decent publications? I did a search on Amazon and it seems there are relatively few books on game QA. I was looking at this book here (it's not released yet, although earlier editions are available):
