I have been tasked with creating a global project plan for a new documentation platform that will encapsulate all control measures for our QM, and controlled documents. I need to present this to the board of directors and have never done anything this big before.

I already have ideas for what is required and the scope for feasibility, yet its the layout and contents of the plan that I am struggling to get to the required standard.

Does anyone have any resources online that may help with this type of project? or links to example projects which may push me in the correct direction?

I don't usually like to ask for things like this but it could be great for my career advancement as a clear and established project plan will lead to me heading the global project itself.
