Negative testing on a Unit testing code
I am needing help on understanding unit testing and also, creating unit tests for sql procedures. There came a point that my database analysts are asking if they can also do negative tests for their sql procedures, and I thought yes they can do that. But they're asking if it is possible to have a general blueprint on which negative test they will perform, since they may have many possible scenarios to perform. What approach should I take on this issue? Thanks
Unit testing is a software development process in which the smallest testable parts of an application, called units, are individually and independently scrutinized for proper operation. Unit testing is often automated but it can also be done manually.
