How should I ask this question? if I wanted you to give me this "This method of test can be applied to all levels of software testing: unit, integration, system and acceptance." answer of "relationship between Testing Level and Testing methods"?
I've been in testing for 16 years and I've never even heard the term "testing level".
I highly recommend the Practitioner's Guide to Software Testing by Lee Copeland, http://www.amazon.com/Practitioners-...PH6AF2CYRRFVKE
It's a book commonly assigned for reading when onboarding new Entry/Jr level QA staff.
It'll get you understanding the typical process and vocabulary used in the industry.
There are three methods of testing
(a) Black-Box Testing
(b) White-Box Testing
(c) Grey-Box Testing
There are five levels of testing
1.Unit Level Testing
2.Module Level Testing
3.Integration Level Testing
4.System Level Testing
5.User Acceptance Testing (U.A.T)
There are several Types of testing. Among them a few are:
Build Acceptance Testing Or Build Verification Testing Or Sanity Testing
End-To- End Testing
Did you make this up or is this some standard IEEE or testing definition. It looks like all sections could be changed by opinion.
I noticed that you said your main language is Chinese. I have been studying Mandarin for the past 5 years. I commend you on working in English on QA definitions. I'm not sure if I could figure this out in Mandarin. I can only speak and understand so would have to use Pin Yin English letters.
