Oracle Financials Upgrade and Instance Consolidation Project
I am currently working on a major global upgrade from 11.5.10 to R12. In addition to the upgrade the scope of the project also includes merging of two financial instances into one. The project has been in process for about one year. The focus of the past year has been requirements/design/development. We are just now trying to organize the efforts to support testing for this initiative. Additionally the scope of this project also contains regions in North America, Brazil, China, India, Scotland.
Would anyone have available to share a RACI document, or roles/responsibilities or structure diagram of a project of similar scope to help?
Our initial intent is to have a share responsibility of a technical/functional resource to drive this testing effort and would like to develop the clearly define the responsibilities of each role appropriately.
Any guidance, advice would be greatly appreciated!
