What are the job titles where you work?
I understand job titles are very diverse across different companies, and generally carry little to no weight (especially in a relatively new field like software testing), but I'd like to get some input. I started out here (small company, around 50 employees) as our first Software Test Engineer. Was promoted to Sr. Software Test Engineer, and now they want me to manage a growing department of new testers. However, no one really knows what the appropriate title is. Software Test Manager sounds like the next logical step, but to me it sounds weird considering Test Manager is also the name of several apps.
What do you guys call managers of your testing department?

I prefer working as a contractor or consultant. Then I give myself titles as I please. Each time I make a new set of business cards, I like to make something new up.
It costs nothing for companies to give you a title. It gives them power for free.
In my org: Test Engineer -> Test Analyst -> Test Lead
