Coders who test or testers who code?
Coders who test or testers who code? Who's more valuable in your opinion? Is there a time and a place for crossover in both developer and tester roles? Are testers who have learned a good deal of code more dangerous, and thus more valuable?
This was a discussion that caused a lot of debate in the uTest In-the-Wild Testing Community that I am a manager of, and thought it was a good discussion to take to an even wider audience. It was actually quite heated...lol.
