Timeout (1000 seconds) exceeded
While running a LoadRunner test on Performance Center 11.5, I receive the following Error:
Timeout (1000 seconds) exceeded in state STATE_FAIL for URL "xxxxxxxxxx.gif"
It is referring to certain image file on the script, but the script is running completely fine in VuGen. I have tried both HTML as well as URL mode recordings. My HTTP Request Connect and Receive timeouts are already set to be 1000 seconds under preferences, while HTTP Keep Alive and Step Download Timeouts are set to be 9999 seconds. Not even a second is allowed beyond these limits.
The application is also running fine under the concurrent load I am testing here. Everyone around me can open a browser and see application running perfectly fine under this load and nothing on the application let anyone wait for 1000 seconds or more. The developers are extremely frustrated since I am unable to produce any results due to these errors.
Does anybody have any clue how to tackle with this issue? I am running not more than 500 users load. The test runs fine for certain minutes and then suddenly 500k (Half a million) of these errors starts showing under the messages.
You would probably get a better response if you posted this in the LoadRunner forum.
