I am having 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing , can anybody suggest me skills that I need learn to grow in software testing field . any idea would be greatly appreciated. please suggest me if there any certifications or courses I need to take.
I would say find and up and coming startup, and look at the job qualifications for their job postings.

Why you not go with automation testing ? Just learn automation tool like QTP or Selenium , automation will be an added advantage in testing field.
What about joining a crowd software testing company? As far as I know, most of them do not have any prerequisites and often offer free training - on the job. I know a couple friends of mine who basically freelance in software testing and earned quite some experience as well as money through it.
I worked with uTest at a client site. It went well. It was not a crowd model but it was a good company and they do have an interesting testing model on line.
