Happy 15th New Year from SQAforums
Jan 2013 Newsletter
Dear QA Professional,
SQAforums.com would like to wish you a happy and prosperous 2013. We are celebrating our 15th year online and our growth has been incredible thanks to you our members.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our existing members for their participation, and encourage our past members to come back and see the incredible growth our site has witnessed over the past 15 years. SQAforums (formally QAforums.com) was the first online community website designed to support software testing professionals with all topics and testing tools related to software quality assurance.
Our community is almost 200,000 members strong, maintained and moderated by software testing industry experts and volunteers including book authors, consultants and subject matter experts. We are sure that our members have benefited from the site in the past 15 years in many different ways. Some have gotten help in getting started with software testing as a career. Others have gained some knowledge about a specific test tool or a related topic. Although a higher percentage of our visitors gain help in just searching the site for knowledge, some do stick around to be an active part of the community. Some people who gain help on the site do return and decide to offer it back, "pay-it-forward" if you will. In doing so, you are not only getting karma points, but you are spreading the knowledge and contributing to making the software testing industry become better and stronger for the present and future generations. Most of the active members are promoted to be moderators for their commitment to enhancing the community. We would like to thank them for their efforts and willingness to sharing their knowledge with the rest of the members.
SQAforums remains a free site thanks to our sponsors. Please find time to click on the banners and support our site by visiting them often to check out their latest offerings.
