I am looking for input on the type of customer support tools your program is using, open source or vendor provided.
Additionally, does your customer support tool integrate with your defect reporting (DR) tool?

We use support desk from House on the hill, which is sitting on SQLserver on our server. We also have Crystal reports sitting on top of this database, which we use for generating defect reports, enhancement requests and a multitude of other things, from license management to sales pipeline tracking.
Works well for us as a small software house to have everything integrated into one central database.
