I am trying to create a large spreadsheet to import into our application but I only want SOME of the column data to increment to new records in Excel. The rest, I want to remain at the current values (as they error upon import if the values are incorrect).
For example, my spreadsheet looks something like the following (with my comments following) :
ID NBR: 1234 (DOESN'T MATTER)
Reference: 1 (WANT TO INCREMENT)
Reporter: Jane Doe
ProblemDate: 2011-01-02 (DON'T WANT TO INCREMENT)
User1#: 2 (DON'T WANT TO INCREMENT)
Selecting all and dragging the box a ways down the spreadsheet causes ALL numbers to increment (even ones I don't want to).
