Again, it's vendor neutral. Raising the N count on this will mean better results for my Research as we seek to tie QA process, training, and relationships with QA Success.

Well why do you need to start asking questions about budgets and questions about money. Oh, and make them required despite the fact that you mention something about public sector. Well I'm private sector, so sorry.

I work for a non-profit since we don't have revenue then I can't really answer...though some of your scaled questions seem more in tune with a yes/no to me. A test environment is or isn't separate, I don't see a scale with that one.
