My company is about to begin a PoC for linking our CRM to a call centre system. Although I'm comfortable as regards setting up the testing for the CRM, the telephony part I have no clue about. The PoC does at least have a specific limit to it's scope.
Can anyone make any recommendations on reading material on testing this type of technology or provide any pointers?
